What's in a name?

Here we go! Time to start thinking about a business name. I've done some brainstorming and will likely do more. But all of the creative energy in my brain fizzles out completely when it comes to coming up with a business name that isn't dumb. My thought was to run a contest. Who ever comes up with the best name get X-number of training sessions. Is that a good idea? I'm taking suggestions folks!

Taking it to the Street!

I suppose its been a long time coming, but as of this summer I will be a Certified Personal Trainer. I'm leaving Modern Survey, my home of nearly six years, to pursue this dream. To my amazement, I have received nothing but the most genuine and encouraging support from my co-workers, friends, family and most of all my Pete. They are sad to see me go but excited for me as I jump into this new opportunity. I've been in school for about twenty hours a week for the last several months and as of next week will be dropping down to part-time hours with Modern Survey to being the transition. I wanted to announce this great news on my blog so that all of the wonderful people that read this can know that I'm taking this passion of mine to the street!

Deciding to become a Health and Fitness Coach is will be a dream come true.
